About Aglow
Aglow is a gentle, anonymous wall. If something is weighing on you, you can set it down here (no account, no name required) and others can leave a kind, encouraging word. Sometimes being heard by a stranger is enough to make a hard night a little lighter.
How it works
- Share anonymously. Tap the glowing button to post. A name and email are optional. Email is only ever used to let you know when someone replies.
- Choose a feeling. Tagging your note (struggling, lonely, grieving, a small light) sets its colour and helps others find what they relate to.
- Leave kindness. Open any note to reply, or send a heart. Small gestures go a long way here.

- Be kind. This is a place for support, never judgement.
- No advice unless it's asked for. Listening is plenty.
- Use the report option on anything cruel or harmful; a moderator will take a look.
